At StarFine Furniture & Mattress we offer our exclusive Tri - Star Delivery service.
We guarantee to always be worry free and convenient! Our goal is to get your items delivered As Soon As Possible. It all starts with a thorough inspection of your merchandise. This ensures that each item is in perfect condition and ready for your home. We use DispatchTrack featuring TruckTracker to organize and plan our deliveries. This GPS based software allows for on time delivery and gives you the ability to track the location of our truck.
Your purchase will be carefully loaded, protected with padding, and delivered by our own delivery team on our own trucks.
Delivery includes assembly, set-up (excludes hanging of pictures/wall mirrors) and removal of all packaging materials. Your new items will be delivered on clean, well-maintained trucks that have not been contaminated with used furniture and/or used mattresses. We do offer free removal of old mattresses, and charge a minimal fee for removal of old furniture and/or the rearranging of old furniture. Our team cannot be responsible for moving your appliances, electronics or other household belongings.
In preparation for your delivery, be sure that the area where you would like your items is free and clear of any thing(s) that may obstruct our delivery team. In the unlikely event that factory warranty service is required within the first year, the StarFine Furniture Tri-Star Delivery Service includes a one time in home service visit. If needed, this will include pick-up and re-delivery after the warranty service is complete.
