Our goal is to get your purchase to you as soon as possible. Tri-Star Delivery is our promise that it arrives quickly and in excellent condition.

Inspected First
Every delivery starts with a thorough inspection of your merchandise.

Carefully Loaded
Your purchase is loaded with care and protected with padding for the trip.

Our Own Team and Trucks
Delivered by our own team, on clean trucks that never carry used furniture or used mattresses.

Track Your Delivery
GPS-based scheduling keeps us on time and lets you see where our truck is.

Assembled and Set Up
We assemble and set up your purchase and take all the packaging away. (We don’t hang pictures or wall mirrors.)

First-Year Service Visit
If factory warranty service is needed in the first year, we include a one-time in-home service visit, with pick-up and re-delivery if needed.
Out with the old
Old Mattress Removal
We’ll take your old mattress away for free. We can also remove or rearrange old furniture for a small fee.
For everyone’s safety, our team can’t move appliances, electronics or other household belongings.

Delivery Area and Scheduling
Delivery rates are based on distance from our Galveston warehouse: $149 up to 50 miles, $199 from 50 to 75 miles and $299 from 75 to 100 miles. Farther than 100 miles? Call or text (409) 762-7821 and we’ll work it out with you.
